Our Values

Our values underpin our decision-making as an organisation, shape our workplace culture and guide our approach to supporting each and every person who interacts with us.

  • Respect We respect every individual within our care and who works with us. We hear them, are grateful for them, and appreciate and understand everyone’s unique path.
  • Excellence We continue to strive for excellence for all individuals we support, and excellence as an organisation – that is not afraid of pioneering new ways of working in the pursuit of great.
  • Integrity We act with integrity – we not only say but also do the right thing. We value openness and honesty, and the importance of responsibility and accountability.
  • Hope We provide the right ecosystem for all who work with us or are in our care to have hope. This is about not only the desire for things to be better but the belief that change is possible.
